Custom Orders (Cakes, Pastries & Treats)

All our cakes and pastries are made fresh and tailored to your order:
• No refunds once payment is made and the order is confirmed.
• If there’s an error on our part (e.g. wrong flavor or design), we’ll offer a replacement or
partial refund after verification.
• If you need to reschedule pickup or delivery, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in
advance.

Bake & Sip / Decorate & Sip Sessions

₦25,000 Package (Normal):
• Includes complimentary donuts and juice.
• Minimum of 1 guest.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your session to be eligible for
rescheduling.
• No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

₦40,000 Package (Silver):
• Includes donuts, chicken & chips, burger, small chops, wine, juice, and water.
• Minimum of 5 guests.
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event to qualify for a reschedule.
• Once booked, no refunds, but you may reschedule once with proper notice.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us within 6 hours of receiving it. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.

Time Policy (for Bake, Decorate & Sip Sessions):

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your class starts.
• A short 10-minute grace period is allowed before the session begins, which includes a fun meet-and-greet and karaoke.
• The class will begin promptly after the grace period. Late arrivals may miss parts of the
session, and we cannot guarantee a full catch-up.

Participation Policy:

• Only guests who have paid for the Bake & Sip or Decorate & Sip activity are permitted
to participate or be present in the class.
• Friends, family, or others who have not paid will not be allowed to join or observe the
session.

Media Consent:

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the session and possibly featured on our social media platforms.
If you prefer not to be recorded, we recommend booking a private session for a more personalized experience.

Private Session Policy:

If you’d like a private session for yourself or your group, you’ll need to buy out all 10 seats in the session.
If your group has fewer than 10 people, you’ll need to cover the cost of the unoccupied seats to
make the session private.

Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or order confirmation. Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session or delivery.
